Linda Feerick, Managing Director, has a range of business and HR experience. She has managed business portfolios worth over £30million and lead teams of over 70 people.

Following completion of an MBA she turned her focus to developing people and was given national responsibility for this with a FTSE 100 company with over 13,000 employees. It was during this time that she first discovered the power of coaching and the impact that a coaching program could have on improving both business and individual performance. She has coached people at all levels, from graduates to Directors. She also recognises that some organisations want coaching expertise internally and with this in mind has designed and delivered some highly successful coaching programs. Linda's coaching style has been described as “results focused” and “challenging”.

Linda values long term relationships with her clients – it is one of her measures of success. She will spend time getting to know your business to ensure that anything that she delivers is tailored to meet your unique needs. Furthermore she will always ask you for an opportunity to develop one of your team to enable your organisation to be less reliant on external people in the future.
